About Dan
A Musical Journey
Over his long history of professional live performances spanning multiple genres, Dan has played solo and shared the stage with legendary Canadian recording artists, such as Frank Soda and the Imps, and French-Canadian pop star Renee Martel.
In his teens, Dan learned to sing, play guitar and bass, and formed a band with friends. They quickly developed a following in the Vancouver B.C. music scene and ended up with a recording contract. They recorded several songs, produced by the legendary Don Perry, that were released as singles. They attracted radio airplay and their single, “These Are the Words” made it to #1 on the Canadian charts. Dan wrote or co-wrote some of these songs.
